Generated images and videos are stored for 30 days from the moment they’re created, then deleted automatically. This keeps the app fast and your data footprint small.
What is deleted
- Images and videos you generated in the AI Photo Studio, Library and Virtual Try-On, including edits.
What is kept
- Your products and their photos.
- Your customers and their photos.
- Saved models, backgrounds, styles, templates and Magic Edit designs.
- Your credit balance and usage history.
How to see what’s expiring
In the last 7 days, the Library shows a badge on each item: Deletes in N days, Deletes in 1 day or Deleting soon. Hover it to see the exact date.
How to keep your images
Download them. The quickest way to save a lot at once:
- Open the Library.
- Set Group to By week or By month.
- Tick the group header to select the whole period.
- Click Download → Originals.

Make a habit of downloading your finals once a week, and store them wherever you keep your other brand assets.
Q: Can I get back an image that was deleted?
No. Once deleted it can’t be recovered. You can generate a similar image again from the same product and settings.
Q: Can I keep images for longer?
Not at the moment. Download anything you want to keep.
